Co do zorzy to można obserwować index KP, który akurat wynosi 7 i ma jeszcze wzrosnąć. Prawdopodobnie najciekawsza sytuacja będzie miała miejsce w nocy i przez jutrzejszy dzień.

Ciekawa sprawa miała miejsce 19 września.
Na Słońcu wystąpiło aż 6 wyrzutów koronalnych,2 chmury szybko się ulotniły w przestrzeni ale pozostałe 4 nadal przemieszczają się.
W tym jedna zmierza prosto w kierunku ziemi.
Jak będzie,przekonamy się za kilkadziesiąt godzin.

The explosion's M9-ranking puts it on the threshold of being an X-flare, the most powerful kind. NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory captured the flare's extreme ultraviolet flash:

The Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO) and NASA's STEREO-B spacecraft detected a CME rapidly emerging from the blast site: movie. Analysts at the Goddard Space Weather Lab say the leading edge of the CME will reach Earth on Jan. 24 at 14:18UT (+/- 7 hours). Their animated forecast track shows that Mars is in the line of fire, too; the CME will hit the Red Planet during the late hours of Jan. 25.

This is a relatively substantial and fast-moving (2200 km/s) CME. Spacecraft in geosynchronous, polar and other orbits passing through Earth's ring current and auroral regions could be affected by the cloud's arrival. In addition, strong geomagnetic storms are possible, so high-latitude sky watchers should be alert for auroras

Obecnie panuje burza magnetyczna.

Dziwi mnie, że nikt nie patrzy na słońce od paru miesięcy, a dzieje się dość dużo.

The sun erupted late on January 22, 2012 with an M8.7 class flare, an earth-directed coronal mass ejection (CME), and a burst of fast moving, highly energetic protons known as a "solar energetic particle" event. The latter has caused the strongest solar radiation storm since September 2005 according to NOAA's Space Weather Prediction Center.

NASA's Goddard Space Weather Center's models predict that the CME is moving at almost 1,400 miles per second, and could reach Earth's magnetosphere – the magnetic envelope that surrounds Earth -- as early as tomorrow, Jan 24 at 9 AM ET (plus or minus 7 hours). This has the potential to provide good auroral displays, possibly at lower latitudes than normal.

Chciałbym jeszcze dodać, że mam chwilowe(lub dłuższe) "przerwy" od internetu lub on zwalnia. Czy ktoś też tak ma? Bo może być to wina tego wyrzutu, a może mojego dostawcy ^_^.
No i jeszcze widzę przerwy(czarny ekran, bez głosu) w telewizorze.

Torek - mam to samo, internet ostatnio coś bywa, że muli bardziej niż zwykle, a także w telewizji mam krótkie przerwy tj. czarny ekran bez głosu, wiem, że na Polsacie, nie wiem jak na innych kanałach, bo zdarza mi się ten jeden tylko oglądać.
